About The Position

Securitas USA is seeking a strong leader with excellent customer service skills to supervise security operations at a site in Ripon, Wisconsin. The supervisor will support a team of security officers, ensure they follow post orders and company protocols, maintain site coverage, respond to incidents, and support officer training and administration. The position pays $19.50 per hour. Former military and law enforcement candidates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED required.
At least 1 year of security and supervisor experience required.
Advanced computer and technology skills required.
Strong communication, reporting, and organization skills.
Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
Ability to interact professionally with a wide range of individuals.
Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills to maintain a safe and secure environment on site.
Willingness to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support a team of security officers on site.
Ensure officers follow post orders and Securitas protocols.
Communicate routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage at all times.
Inspect posts as scheduled and meet with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.
Respond to incidents and manage emergency situations effectively.
Train new officers and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Assist in submitting payroll and personnel information to the company as designated.
Maintain detailed reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs.
