About The Position

The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) supports restaurant technology, including guest-facing mobile applications, Kubernetes-based edge systems in restaurants, networks, and lab environments. This hands-on role provides frontline support for incoming requests while improving support delivery through automation, tooling, and engineering. The work spans cloud platforms, Kubernetes, enterprise networking, Linux systems, APIs, automation, and mobile device management, offering broad exposure to infrastructure technologies. The role is intended for someone early in their career who is curious, takes initiative, and is willing to learn; the company will invest in their growth. The SRE investigates technical issues, supports production and development environments, monitors restaurant technology systems, and participates in a shared on-call rotation after training. The role also develops scripts, automations, integrations, and internal tools; improves monitoring and operational practices; and documents recurring issues and procedures. Senior engineers are available for escalation during on-call coverage.
