About The Position

The Site Finance Manager provides financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and control support for JLL Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations at an assigned site. The role partners with site and account leadership, operations teams, Finance, Procurement/Sourcing, and suppliers to support financial decision-making, contractual compliance, cost visibility, and operational performance. It owns the site’s end-to-end financial forecast, including direct and indirect costs, third-party services, contract-charged payroll and taxes, projects, and emergency expenses. It monitors performance against guaranteed contract costs and applicable account metrics, including GRVN, UMLV, and Open Orders, and supervises one Finance Assistant as a direct report. The position leads annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, analyzes financial results and variances, prepares monthly financial packages and presentations, supports monthly close and financial controls, and helps maintain accurate, audit-ready records. It also provides financial support for contracts, projects, suppliers, and operational decisions, and advises leaders on risks, cost-control opportunities, and forecast changes. The work arrangement is hybrid, combining remote work and on-site presence based on operational, business, and stakeholder requirements. The position does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
