About The Position

Join General Dynamics IT and be a part of a team that solves some of the world's most complex technical challenges. We are seeking a Site Acquisition Manager to join our team in support of the Army TEN-M program. This program manages the development, engineering, and safety for telecommunications towers, antennae, and associated technologies. This is a remote position and requires 25% to 50% travel; you must reside within a 50-mile radius of a major airport.

Requirements

BS Degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
5+ years of site acquisition experience and understanding of the duties as described above
National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)
Site Assessments
Site Development
Site Inspections

Responsibilities

Identifying, evaluating, and securing sites for network deployment.
Managing all aspects of site leasing and zoning activities (if required), including negotiating agreements and navigating municipal approval processes.
Researching and coordinating all required permits—such as NEPA and other environmental or regulatory clearances, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
Preparing and filing permit applications and working closely with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure all technical documents, drawings, and supporting materials are complete and submitted accurately and on time.
