About The Position

Vida Shoes International is seeking a Showroom & Sample Coordinator to support its Kids division. The role manages shipping and receiving, showroom presentation and cleanliness, and sample storage and tracking. The coordinator serves as a liaison between customer sample requests and overseas factories, logs and reports outgoing samples, processes sample approvals via WorkZon, and supports the design, sales, and merchandising teams as needed. Compensation is $21–$24 per hour for 35 hours per week. The position is onsite.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to solve problems and identify and create solutions.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.

• Must be able to move boxes and carry shoes throughout the building.

Responsibilities

• Manage all shipping and receiving for the Kids division.
• Manage showrooms, ensuring samples are presented and showrooms are kept clean.
• Manage sample storage and track confirmation and production samples.
• Coordinate customer sample requests with overseas factories.
• Keep track of customer sample requests.
• Log and report all outgoing samples.
• Support the design, sales, and merchandising teams as needed.
• Process sample approvals via WorkZon.
