About The Position

The Showroom Coordinator keeps the office, showroom, and installation schedule running smoothly for a growing home improvement company based in Loveland, Colorado. This is a full-time, on-site position serving homeowners across Northern Colorado. The coordinator is the central point of contact for clients from their first call or showroom visit through installation and final invoicing, while helping customers have a positive experience in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Experience with QuickBooks, CRM systems, Google Workspace, and DocuSign.
• Background in project coordination, office management, administrative support, customer service, scheduling, or retail/showroom sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in clients and scheduled appointments, show product samples, answer product questions, and occasionally close sales.
• Schedule installations and manage installer calendars, coordinating directly with in-house installation crews to keep projects on track.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide clients with regular project updates.
• Call new leads and follow up with prospective customers.
• Prepare and send contracts using DocuSign.
• Handle invoicing and billing in QuickBooks.
• Receive deliveries, organize warehouse inventory, and keep materials ready for installers.
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentable.

• $25 to $28 per hour base pay, depending on experience, plus 5% commission on sales closed and a discretionary year-end bonus.
