Requirements

• At least 8 years of customer service experience.
• At least 6 years of high-level management experience.
• At least 6 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Emotional intelligence, grit, and a commitment to excellence in customer experience and team performance.
• Ability to thrive in a goal-driven, evolving environment and positively represent the Luv Bridal brand.

Nice To Haves

• Passion for bridal, fashion, and luxury customer service.
• Bridal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets for closing ratio and total revenue.
• Recruit, hire, and train high-performing stylists who reflect the brand's values.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance development.
• Oversee daily showroom operations, including scheduling, ordering, and inventory.
• Merchandise gowns and accessories, and forecast and purchase new samples and back stock.
• Build rapport with clients and navigate emotionally charged situations with care and professionalism.
