About The Position

Ferguson is seeking a Showroom Customer Service Representative to provide customer service and support sales operations in its showroom. The role assists customers on the showroom floor, supports Outside Sales Associates and Showroom Sales consultants, and helps ensure customer needs are met through timely quotations, accurate order processing, contract updates, delivery coordination, and responses to general sales inquiries. The position is scheduled for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. It is eligible for uncapped commission, with estimated total compensation of $50,000–$65,000 or more annually.

Requirements

1–3 years of prior customer service and sales experience.
Results-oriented, able to meet goals, build relationships, and work in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills for phone and in-person sales.

Responsibilities

Assist customers on the showroom floor.
Increase knowledge of the full product offering.
Support the efforts of Outside Sales Associates.
Perform administrative functions in coordination with Showroom Sales consultants to ensure customer needs are met.
Provide personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing.
Update customer contracts.
Coordinate deliveries with the warehouse.
