About The Position

Ferguson is hiring a Showroom Customer Service Representative to help customers on the showroom floor and contribute to the success of the showroom sales team. The role provides personalized customer service through timely quotations, accurate order processing, customer contract updates, delivery coordination with the warehouse, and responses to sales calls for general information. The representative also supports Outside Sales Associates and works with Showroom Sales consultants to ensure customer needs are met. The schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This is an uncapped commission-eligible role with estimated total annual compensation of $50,000–$65,000+.

Requirements

1–3 years of prior customer service and sales experience.
Results-oriented, with the ability to meet goals, build relationships, and work in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills for phone and in-person sales.

Responsibilities

Assist customers on the showroom floor.
Increase knowledge of the entire product offering.
Support the efforts of Outside Sales Associates.
Perform administrative functions in coordination with Showroom Sales consultants to ensure customer needs are met.
Support personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing.
Update customer contracts.
Coordinate deliveries with the warehouse.
Answer sales calls and provide general information.
