About The Position

Ferguson is seeking a Showroom Customer Service Representative to provide customer service on the showroom floor and support the showroom sales team. The role assists customers, helps increase product knowledge, supports Outside Sales Associates, and performs administrative work to ensure customers’ needs are met. It provides personalized service through timely quotations and accurate order processing, and includes updating customer contracts, coordinating deliveries with the warehouse, and answering sales calls for general information. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., plus one Saturday per month from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. This is an uncapped commission-eligible role, with estimated total compensation of $40,000–$60,000 or more annually.

Nice To Haves

0–3 years of prior customer service experience preferred.
Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances preferred.

Responsibilities
