About The Position

The Shower & Bath Installer assists with safe and effective bathroom installations, following company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role begins at the warehouse at 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks, then travels to customers’ homes to remove existing baths or showers and install new tubs or pans, wall surrounds, and plumbing updates when needed. Installers clean up thoroughly, collect paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to log into company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
• Demolish existing baths or showers and install new tubs or pans and wall surrounds; update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care to protect the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
