About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring a Shower and Bath Installer to assist with safe, effective bath and shower installations in customers’ homes. The role follows company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a 5-star experience. Installers arrive at the warehouse at 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks, travel to customer homes, remove existing bath or shower fixtures, and install new tubs or pans and wall surrounds. Plumbing may also be updated as needed. The installer cleans the work area, collects paperwork and payment, and returns to the warehouse. Paid training is provided. The position is based in Columbus, Ohio, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or willingness and eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
• Demolish existing bath or shower installations and install a new tub or pan and wall surround.
• Update plumbing when needed.
• Clean the work area thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing a 5-star customer experience.
