About The Position
West Shore Home is hiring a Shower & Bath Installer to assist with safe, effective bathroom installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols. The installer helps provide customers with a five-star experience, from arrival and preparation through installation, cleanup, and payment collection. Paid training is provided. The role is based in Charleston, South Carolina. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a 6:30 AM start at the warehouse. The approximate hourly pay range is $17–$20; final compensation may vary based on factors including background, knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
- Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
- Demonstrate the existing bath or shower and install a new tub or pan and wall surround; update plumbing if needed.
- Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
- Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
- Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while performing installations safely and effectively.
