About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring a Shower & Bath Installer in Greenville, North Carolina. The Installer helps complete safe and effective bathroom installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols, while providing customers with a five-star experience. The role includes traveling to customers’ homes and removing existing baths or showers before installing new tubs or shower pans and wall surrounds. Plumbing may also be updated when needed.

The workday starts at the warehouse at 6:30 AM, where installers load materials and trucks. After completing the installation, the Installer cleans the customer’s home thoroughly, collects paperwork and payment, and returns to the warehouse. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device for logging into company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demonstrate existing baths or showers and install a new tub or shower pan and wall surround.
• Update plumbing when needed.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols to perform safe and effective installations.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Provide customers with a five-star experience.
