About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring a Shower and Bath Installer to help perform residential bathroom remodels. The Installer follows company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols to complete installations safely and effectively while providing customers with a 5-star experience. Work includes traveling to customers’ homes, removing existing baths or showers, installing new tubs or shower pans and wall surrounds, and updating plumbing when needed. The role also involves loading materials and trucks, cleaning the work area, collecting paperwork and payment, and returning to the warehouse. Paid training is provided.

The position is based in Richmond, Virginia. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a 6:30 AM start time at the warehouse. Approximate pay is $17–$20 per hour; final compensation may vary based on qualifications and geographic location.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing baths or showers and install new tubs or shower pans and wall surrounds.
• Update plumbing when needed.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
