About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring an Installer to assist with residential bathroom remodeling installations. The Installer follows company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols to work safely and effectively while providing customers with a high-quality experience. The role is based in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a 6:30 AM start. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demonstrate existing bath or shower areas and install a new tub or shower pan and wall surround; update plumbing if needed.
• Clean the work area thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and PPE protocols.
