About The Position

West Shore Home is seeking a Bathroom Installer to assist with safe and effective bathroom installations, following company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role is based in Houston, Texas, and begins at the warehouse at 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday. Installers load materials and trucks, travel to customers’ homes, remove existing bath or shower components, install new tubs or pans and wall surrounds, and update plumbing when needed. They clean the work area, collect paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to log into company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing bath or shower components and install a new tub or pan and wall surround; update plumbing if needed.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and PPE protocols to perform safe and effective installations.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
