About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring a Shower & Bath Installer to assist with safe, effective bathroom installations. Installers follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a five-star experience. The role includes loading materials and trucks at the warehouse, traveling to customers’ homes, removing existing bath or shower fixtures, installing new tubs or pans and wall surrounds, and updating plumbing when needed. Installers clean the work area, collect paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse. Paid training is provided. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a 6:30 AM start time. The approximate pay range is $17–$20 per hour.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to log into company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
• Demonstrate existing bath or shower installations and install a new tub or pan and wall surround; update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while performing installations safely and effectively.
• Provide customers with a five-star experience.
