About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring a Lead Shower and Bath Installer in Kansas City, Missouri. The Installer assists with safe and effective installations, following company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a five-star experience. The role involves preparing materials and trucks at the warehouse, traveling to customers’ homes, removing existing baths or showers, and installing replacement tubs or pans and wall surrounds, with plumbing updates when needed. Installers clean the work area, collect paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a 6:30 AM start at the warehouse. The posting gives approximate hourly compensation ranges of $22–$25 and $18–$25; actual pay may vary based on factors such as background, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. Paid training is provided, with professional growth potential.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing baths or showers and install a new tub or pan and wall surround; update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care to protect the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while performing installations.
• Provide customers with a five-star experience.
