Bathroom Installer / Remodeler
About The Position
Clearwater Shower Bath is hiring dependable Bathroom Installers and Remodelers to complete bath and shower remodeling projects in homeowners’ homes across Florida. The company provides staged materials, tools, equipment, a company box truck, gas, operational support, and hotel accommodations for overnight travel so installers can focus on quality workmanship and the homeowner experience. This is a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends. Pay is hourly and based on experience, with overtime opportunities and performance bonuses. Medical and dental benefits are available after 60 days. The company describes a career path from Installer to Lead Installer, Team Lead, and potentially Installation Manager, based on performance and ability. Employment is contingent upon successfully completing a background check and pre-employment drug screening. Requirements
- At least one year of construction, remodeling, or home improvement experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Professional attitude when working in customers’ homes.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- Plumbing and/or carpentry experience preferred.
- Acrylic shower and bath installation experience is a plus.
- Construction, remodeling, or home improvement experience.
Responsibilities
- Demolish and remove existing bath and shower systems.
- Install bath and shower remodeling systems.
- Perform finish carpentry and basic plumbing as needed.
- Complete installations according to company quality standards.
- Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and management throughout projects.
- Follow established installation systems and procedures.
- Upload completion photos and job updates.
- Take ownership of the finished product and customer experience.
