Bathroom Installer- Paid Training!
About The Position
West Shore Home is hiring an Installer to assist with safe and effective bathroom installations, following company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role is based in Knoxville, Tennessee, and includes paid training. Employees arrive at the warehouse at 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks, then travel to customer homes to remove existing bath or shower fixtures and install new tubs or pans and wall surrounds, updating plumbing if needed. Installers clean the work area, collect paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse. The approximate pay is $17–$20 per hour; final compensation may vary based on factors such as background, skills, abilities, and location. West Shore Home is a technology-driven home improvement company operating in more than 40 locations nationwide with over 3,000 employees.
Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
- Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
- Demonstrate existing bath or shower installations and install a new tub or pan and wall surround; update plumbing if needed.
- Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
- Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
- Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
