Installer - Paid Training!
About The Position
The Installer assists with safe and effective home improvement installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols, while providing customers with a five-star experience. The work focuses on bathroom remodeling, including removing existing baths or showers and installing new tubs or pans and wall surrounds, with plumbing updates as needed. Installers report to the warehouse at 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks, travel to customers’ homes, complete the installation and cleanup, collect paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse. Paid training is provided.
Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
- Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
- Remove existing bath or shower fixtures and install a new tub or pan and wall surround; update plumbing if needed.
- Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
- Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
- Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while performing installations safely and effectively.
- Provide customers with a five-star experience.
