About The Position

The Flooring Installer assists with safe and effective flooring installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols, while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role involves traveling to customer homes, removing existing flooring, installing replacement floors, replacing trim, and completing cleanup and customer paperwork. Paid training is offered.

Requirements

• Experience installing windows or doors, carpentry, remodeling, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demonstrate and remove existing flooring, install replacement floors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
