About The Position
The Installer assists with safe and effective home improvement installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols, while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role involves traveling to customers’ homes to remove existing bath or shower fixtures and install new tubs or pans and wall surrounds, with plumbing updates as needed. Installers arrive at the warehouse at 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks, then return to the warehouse after completing the work, cleanup, and customer paperwork and payment. Paid training is provided.
Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
- Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
- Demolish existing bath or shower fixtures and install a new tub or pan and wall surround; update plumbing if needed.
- Clean up thoroughly and take care to protect the customer’s home.
- Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
- Follow company standard operating procedures and PPE protocol to perform safe and effective installations.
- Provide customers with a 5-star experience.
