About The Position

The Bathroom Installer assists with safe, effective installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and follows a Monday-through-Friday schedule with a 6:30 AM start. The approximate pay range is $17–$20 per hour; final compensation may vary based on background, skills, abilities, and location. Paid training is provided. Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A valid smartphone or smart device to log into company-required systems using two-factor authentication.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
- Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
- Remove existing bath or shower fixtures and install a new tub or pan and wall surround; update plumbing if needed.
- Thoroughly clean up and take care of the customer’s home.
- Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
- Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while performing installations safely and effectively.
- Provide customers with a 5-star experience.
