About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring an Installer to assist with safe, effective residential bathroom installations while following company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols. The role focuses on providing customers with a five-star experience. Installers arrive at the warehouse at 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks, travel to customers’ homes, remove existing baths or showers, and install new tubs or pans and wall surrounds. Plumbing may also be updated as needed. The role includes cleaning up the work area, collecting paperwork and payment, and returning to the warehouse.

The position offers paid training and an approximate hourly pay range of $17–$20. West Shore Home is a technology-driven home improvement company specializing in bathroom, flooring, window, and door remodels, with more than 40 locations and over 3,000 employees.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to log into company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing baths or showers and install new tubs or pans and wall surrounds.
• Update plumbing when needed.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
