About The Position

The Flooring Installer assists with safe, effective flooring installations by following Company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role includes loading materials and trucks at the warehouse, traveling to customers’ homes, removing existing flooring, installing replacement floors, replacing trim, and cleaning up thoroughly. Installers also collect paperwork and payment before returning to the warehouse. The position is based in Phoenix, Arizona, with a Monday-Friday schedule and a 6:30 AM start time. Approximate compensation is $21.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Experience installing windows or doors, or experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction; alternatively, a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to log into Company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demolish and remove existing flooring.
• Install replacement floors and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly and show care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow Company standard operating procedures and PPE protocol.
