About The Position

The Installer assists with safe and effective bathroom installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols, while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role involves traveling to customers’ homes to remove existing bath or shower fixtures and install new tubs or pans and wall surrounds, updating plumbing when needed, and leaving the home clean. Installers begin their workday at the warehouse to load materials and trucks, then return there after completing the job.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing bath or shower fixtures and install a new tub or pan and wall surround.
• Update plumbing when needed.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care in the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and PPE protocols.
