About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring a Shower and Bath Installer to perform safe, effective bathroom installations according to company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols while providing customers with a five-star experience. The installer arrives at the warehouse at 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks, travels to customers’ homes, removes existing baths or showers, and installs new tubs or pans and wall surrounds. Plumbing may also be updated when needed. The installer cleans the work area, collects paperwork and payment, and returns to the warehouse. The position is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 6:30 AM. The approximate pay range is $17–$22 per hour.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device for accessing company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demonstrate existing baths or showers and install new tubs or pans and wall surrounds; update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
