About The Position

West Shore Home is hiring a Shower & Bath Installer in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Installer helps perform safe and effective installations while following company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols, and providing customers with a five-star experience. The role includes loading materials and trucks at the warehouse, traveling to customers’ homes, removing existing baths or showers, installing new tubs or pans and wall surrounds, and updating plumbing when needed. Installers clean the work area, handle customer paperwork and payment, and return to the warehouse. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a 6:30 AM start time. Paid training is provided. Approximate compensation is $17–$20 per hour; actual pay may vary based on qualifications and location.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing baths or showers and install new tubs or pans and wall surrounds; update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
• Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocol while performing installations safely and effectively.
