About The Position
The Installer assists with safe and effective shower and bath installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols, while providing customers with a five-star experience. The role is based in Cincinnati, Ohio, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a 6:30 AM start. The Installer arrives at the warehouse to load materials and trucks, travels to customers’ homes, removes existing baths or showers, and installs new tubs or pans and wall surrounds. Plumbing may also be updated as needed. The Installer cleans the work area carefully, completes customer paperwork and payment collection, and returns to the warehouse. The approximate pay range is $17–$20 per hour.
Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
- Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
- Remove existing baths or showers and install new tubs or pans and wall surrounds.
- Update plumbing when needed.
- Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
- Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
- Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
