About The Position

Supervises the quality and repair of shoes, bric-a-brac, appliances, electronics, furniture, upholstery, and other products. Trains and instructs employees and beneficiaries in proper procedures; assigns, prioritizes, and evaluates work; and ensures all shop areas operate within established policies and procedures and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Two years of experience repairing various appliances, electronics, furniture, and similar products.
• Some experience supervising employees performing the same or similar work, or an equivalent combination of training and experience providing the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the quality and repair of shoes, bric-a-brac, appliances, electronics, furniture, upholstery, and other products.
• Train and instruct employees and beneficiaries in proper procedures.
• Assign, prioritize, and evaluate work.
