Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.
• 4–8 years of relevant CPG, Merchant, or Retail experience.
• Client-facing or stakeholder-management experience.
• Knowledge of customer insights and a consultative approach to selling.
• Experience with SHOP/Shelf Review, category management, assortment analytics, and customer insight analytics.
• Project management experience.
• People management experience.
• Mobility to be based in Bentonville.
