About The Position

dunnhumby is seeking a Shopper Insights Senior Client Lead to join its Walmart team in Bentonville, USA. The role serves as a trusted advisor to retail and CPG clients, partnering closely with them to support their success. Using customer insights from dunnhumby’s data platform, the Senior Client Lead owns and develops a client plan designed to deliver recognizable value, client satisfaction, and return on investment. The role works with Walmart Merchants and their CPG partners to apply Walmart customer insights in collaborative decision-making.

Requirements

Mobility to be based in Bentonville.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.
4–8 years of relevant CPG, merchant, or retail experience.
Client-facing or stakeholder-management experience.
Knowledge of customer insights and a consultative approach to selling.
Experience with SHOP/Shelf Review, category management, assortment analytics, and customer insight analytics.
Project-management experience.
People-management experience.
