About The Position

Amro Music is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to manage the flow of musical instruments, accessories, and supplies. The role supports smooth operations by overseeing shipments, coordinating with internal teams and carriers, and ensuring orders are handled accurately and delivered without damage. The position is part of a supportive, collaborative team at a long-established family-owned musical instrument retailer.

Requirements

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse coordination; 1–2 years preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with computer systems and inventory or shipping platforms.
• Basic computer skills to track shipments and update records.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, effective communication, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude.
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to support the business.

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse coordination experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving to ensure timely delivery and receipt of instruments, accessories, and supplies.
• Package and label outbound shipments accurately and securely to prevent damage and ensure delivery to the correct destination.
• Work with sales, repair, and delivery teams to support seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with carriers and troubleshoot logistics challenges.
