About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community. You help create meaningful customer experiences and support the preparation of food and beverages to Starbucks standards, including customized orders. The role involves directing and coordinating other employees’ work while maintaining store operating, quality, cash-handling, safety, and security standards. Requirements

At least six months of experience in a role requiring constant customer interaction and fulfilling customer requests.
At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
Ability to direct the work of others.
Ability to learn quickly.
Effective oral communication skills.
Knowledge of the retail environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to build relationships.
Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities
