About The Position

As a Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and each shift offers opportunities to brighten customers’ days. You engage with customers, provide friendly service, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications, and perform a variety of store tasks in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience is required. Starbucks describes this role as offering developmental experiences and access to partner benefits.

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages using standard recipes or customer-requested modifications, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
Handle cash and follow store safety, security, and operating policies and standards.
Perform a variety of different tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Work as part of a team and build relationships.
