The driver delivers products to customers throughout the Salem area and represents the organization through professional, friendly service. Requirements

• At least 18 years of age and a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of verifiable driving history.
• Pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and transport packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation and route-planning tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a professional work ethic.
• Knowledge of traffic safety regulations and defensive driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products to customers throughout the Salem area.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Load, unload, and transport packages while maintaining product integrity.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at each delivery point.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
• Perform vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance issues.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related concerns professionally and empathetically.
• Keep the vehicle clean and organized.
• Communicate delivery status and obstacles effectively to dispatch and management.
