About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where customers can connect over coffee. You engage with customers, respond to their needs, and prepare quality beverages and food to standard recipes or customized requests. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment and performing a variety of store tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
