About The Position

The Barista creates a warm and welcoming environment where customers can connect over coffee. The role involves engaging with customers, learning their needs, preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customized requests, and contributing to a positive customer experience. Baristas work in a fast-paced store environment and may perform a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized customer requests, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredient substitutions.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
