About The Position

As a Starbucks barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection. You engage with customers, provide pleasant service, and prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized customer requests. The role is fast-paced and involves performing a variety of tasks during each shift while following store policies and standards. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized customer requests, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
