About The Position

As a Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where customers can connect over coffee. You prepare coffee, beverages, and food to standard recipes or customized customer requests, and engage with customers by discovering and responding to their needs. The role involves working in a fast-paced store environment and performing a range of tasks during each shift while meeting store policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store standards.
Engage with customers and discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
Prepare food and beverages using standard recipes or customer-requested modifications, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
Handle cash and follow store policies and standards for safety and security.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
