About The Position
Stonebriar Automotive Services is seeking a Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location in Louisville, Kentucky, on Dixie Highway. The Store Manager provides hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates to achieve operational objectives. The role is responsible for store financial performance and ensuring guest service meets or exceeds company goals, while maintaining an energetic and fun working environment for team members. Previous vehicle maintenance experience is preferred but not required; training may be provided to candidates with a stable work history in a physical environment and management experience.
