About The Position

Jiffy Lube Multicare is hiring full-time and part-time Guest Service Advisors, also called Customer Service Advisors or CSAs, at its Dixie Highway location in Louisville, Kentucky. The role involves conferring with guests to determine or suggest diagnostic and mechanical services needed for their vehicles. Work must be performed safely and efficiently while providing outstanding guest service and contributing to an energetic, fun working environment. Bilingual ability is preferred, and automotive service experience is preferred but not required. A current, valid driver's license is required.
