About The Position

LendNation is hiring a full-time, entry-level retail sales Customer Service Representative who is bilingual in Spanish and English. The role is based at Branch 506, 1409 Frederick Ave., St. Joseph, Missouri. The successful candidate will provide customer service, complete cash transactions, initiate customer loans, and contact customers about past-due payments. The position involves rotating shifts and some Saturdays, with Sundays off. Candidates should be energetic, positive, dependable, and bring integrity, a mature work ethic, and strong customer service skills.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Cash-handling experience.
• Safe, secure, reliable transportation; a valid driver's license; and maintained auto insurance.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Reliable attendance is essential.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States.
