About The Position

Lend Nation is hiring a full-time, entry-level retail sales Customer Service Representative who is bilingual in Spanish and English. The position is based at Branch 506, 1409 Frederick Ave., St. Joseph, Missouri. The role involves serving customers, handling cash transactions, initiating customer loans, and contacting customers about past-due payments. The representative will work rotating shifts and some Saturdays, with Sundays off. Requirements

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Cash-handling experience.
• Safe, secure, reliable transportation; a valid driver's license; and maintained auto insurance.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Reliable attendance is an essential requirement.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States.
