About The Position

Lend Nation is seeking an energetic, positive, customer-service-driven Bi-Lingual Retail Sales Branch Manager (English and Spanish) for Branch 0772 in Burley, Idaho. The position manages branch operations, employees, customer transactions, cash flow, collections, and financial performance while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company standards. Candidates should have management experience; experience in customer service, banking, cash handling, or collections is preferred.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a management role.
Excellent customer service and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to train, coach, and develop employees.
Safe, secure, reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Predictable and reliable attendance.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
At least 18 years of age.
Proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Experience in customer service, banking, cash handling, or collections.
Bilingual ability; English and Spanish are specified for the role.

Responsibilities

Conduct customer transactions and provide exceptional customer service.
Supervise, coach, and train branch employees.
Manage and control cash flow, auditing, balancing, and banking efforts.
Maintain branch safety and security standards.
Document, resolve, or refer customer and associate comments and complaints to ensure proper resolution.
Monitor and report branch financial performance and meet operating and profitability goals and objectives.
Lead collection efforts on past-due loans.
Ensure loans comply with company policies and federal, state, and local laws.
