About The Position

Braum's Shift Supervisors execute the company's brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values to deliver a great customer experience and maximize sales. They recognize the importance of team members and strengthen the team's contribution toward unit goals. The role oversees shift operations across food service, the grocery market, and fountain sales, while helping ensure store policies and practices are followed. The position offers hourly compensation of $14.50–$15.00, stated as an annual equivalent of $35,500–$37,000. The schedule is 5:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m., with workdays varying on a rotating three-week schedule and an expected 45-hour workweek. The Shift Supervisor reports to the Assistant Manager. A criminal background check and job-fit assessment are part of onboarding.

Requirements

At least 1 year of minimum experience.
High school diploma or GED.
At least 21 years old.
Valid driver's license.
Customer focus.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
Oversee shift operations in the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
Participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
Share responsibility for ensuring store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
