About The Position

Braum’s is hiring a Shift Supervisor to execute the company’s brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values while delivering a strong customer experience and maximizing sales. The role supports unit goals by recognizing the importance of team members and strengthening their contributions. The Shift Supervisor teaches, coaches, and leads store crew members; oversees shift operations across food service, the grocery market, and fountain sales; and helps monitor inventory, supplies, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness. The position also shares responsibility for implementing and following store policies and practices. The work schedule varies according to a rotating three-week schedule, with an expected 45-hour workweek. The role reports to the Assistant Manager. A criminal background check and job-fit assessment are required as part of onboarding.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience.
Retail experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
Oversee shift operations of the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
Participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
Share responsibility for ensuring store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
