About The Position

Braum’s Shift Supervisors execute the company’s brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values to deliver a strong customer experience and maximize sales. They help the team achieve unit goals by recognizing the importance of employees’ contributions. The role oversees shift operations across the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. The schedule varies according to a rotating three-week schedule, with an expected 45-hour work week. The position reports to the Assistant Manager.

Requirements

At least 1 year of minimum experience.
Retail experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Customer focus.
Strong work ethic and high integrity.
Positive approach to training, developing, and interacting with team members.
Ability to build a successful team and an environment of trust.
Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs and store conditions.
Ability to communicate effectively with leadership team members.
Follow-up and follow-through discipline.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow practices and procedures.
Criminal background check and job-fit assessment required as part of onboarding.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
Oversee shift operations for food service, the grocery market, and fountain sales.
Participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
Help ensure store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
